We can work with MiniDV (camcorder footage), Hi-8, VHS, CD, DVD, vinyl records, printed photos, and film negatives. From there, we can digitize your media into almost any format you may need: .mp4, .mp3, .wav, .jpg, .png. How long does it take?
You can expect an average project to be completed and returned within 2-3 weeks, but single-item projects and bulk projects may vary in length of time to complete. For example, a project consisting of 100+ miniDV and VHS tapes with up to an hour of footage per tape takes 4 weeks on average to complete.

Does the cost increase if my home videos are extra long?
Nope! Our conversions are a set price. Processing of your media is based per item and will not be affected by the length of time it takes to digitize your videos.

Can you convert newer media too?
Sure! If you have family photos or videos on discs, SD cards, digital cameras or camcorders, or anything of the sort, we can help you get them out and into a more versatile file for you! Get in touch with us and we can talk about custom projects that fit your needs!

What is a secure digital download?
Our default format for delivering your digitized home media is a digital file download (.mp4, .jpg, .mp3, etc.), rather than producing a DVD or putting your media on a flash drive or external hard drive. At JCB Creative, we host our own secure cloud storage for customers to access and download their digital files.

Can you put my videos on a DVD or Blu-Ray?
Yep! While digital download is our primary delivery method (because giving you the digital files is the most versatile for you) we can add a DVD or Blu-Ray for the cost of the disc(s).

Can you digitize any kind of video or audio?
It depends. As much as we’d love to help, we can’t legally digitize copyrighted content for you. For that reason, we can’t help digitize anything that you don’t have the right to duplicate.
