    Video: 2-3 Camera angles. Professional audio recording of vows and/or sermon. Digital video delivery of cut + edited ceremony.

  • 6-8 Active Coverage Hours of Key Moments of your choice.

    Photo: Complimentary Engagement Session Included. 300+ minimum digital gallery with printing rights.

    Video: Professional audio recording of private letters / vows, ceremony, and reception toasts. Digital file delivery (choose from 2 highlight film styles).

    Option to add:

    • Uncut copies of vows, ceremony, dances, or speeches

    • physical media copies (blu-ray, dvd)

  • Up to 12 consecutive hours of coverage with 2-3 creative professionals. Includes everything in “Key Moments” plus…

How We’ll Work Together…

STEP ONE

Fill out our contact form so we can connect and hear all about the vision for your big day.

STEP TWO

We’ll provide you with a custom quote for wedding day services, tailored to your ideal timeline and coverage levels.

STEP THREE

If you decide to move forward with us, we simply ask for a Date Reservation Deposit to hold your event date on our calendar. (Typically 10-15% of your service contract value!)

STEP FOUR

We’ll take time to align your goals every step of the way leading up to your event, including timeline consultation or collaboration with your other vendors (like wedding planners, DJ, or venue coordinators) to ensure nothing is missed.

STEP FIVE

We’ll step back while you wrap up your other bookings + plans for your big day, allowing you to focus on Wedding Planning without worrying about photo or video. Then, we’ll finalize your photo or video timeline within 2 weeks of your event.

STEP SIX

When your big day arrives, we’ll be there to capture everything. Then we take it all home, back up the files, and get to work on editing to carefully craft your final gallery or film, telling your story & showcasing the special moments that unfolded.
